Went to the Ridgway branch Thursday to get me back On Line . Talked with AJ , . She spent an unbelievable amount of time getting me back on line with Banterra Bank , including face recognition. Extremely polite, we laughed and carried on . This young lady is an asset to your Bank . PS No one was in line that we held up.

I have a banking and checking account at Banterra Bank. My son somehow took some money from my account without my permission. I don't know how. The bank took my debit card. They refuse to give me another one because of fraud they say. I need a debit card. I have banked with them since 1980. Please help me get another debit card to pay my bills. I am without a car. Reply to me please.

Recently opened an account with them. Alyssa was kind and personable. She was also very knowledgable and answered all my questions. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. The rest of the staff here are also very friendly and helpful. You can tell they actually care about their customers.

The young woman who helped me was kind and courteous. She answered all of my many, many questions in a quick and efficient manner. I thought it was very easy to open an account at Banterra and the atmosphere was comfortable.

One, if not the best bank in Harrisburg, Eldorado, Ridgway.Customer service is awesome and At Harrisburg Location has a drive thru to deposit straight in the ?. Easy to do business with. A+ Rating, and 5 ? Stars.
