“Extremely high tech, very clean and helpful staff. The units have alarms built in, how cool is that?! I forgot to enter my code to disarm it and found the police showed up very quickly lol”

“The Spring Grove location made it extremely easy to pick up the uhaul trailer. They hooked it up for me and made sure everything was working before I left. The drop off process was even simpler.”
“Everyone there was helpful, especially Bob. We had an issue with the lights on a trailer and they made every effort to help solve the issue. Turns out we had a blown fuse on our tow vehicle as they suggested. We swapped the fuse and everything worked. Thanks!”

“I have had some household goods in storage at Extra Space Storage in Ringwood IL for several years. I was at my storage unit this week to look for some particular things to take out. I had a large item in there that I decided must go; it wasn't going to be needed anymore. It was too big for me to move, though. I asked Sean, the man in charge for a thought on how to take it out. Sean readily said he would help me. His readiness to help was such a wonderful gesture and he had the equipment to do so right away! This kind of personal insight, helpfulness and skill was amazing and is so rare these days! If you want a place a safe place - a very good place - to store your items, definitely go to Extra Space Storage in Ringwood and ask for Sean!”
