Chico's has a very bad return policy. 60 days and that's it. No store credit, no exchanges. Why?! How can you buy a gift for your wife. Terrible and old practice. My wife and her girlfriends used to like this store. No more

I went in to exchange a Christmas gift and I did not have a receipt. I would say that Patricia was awesome in that she was not going to give up trying to get the right price for me.Thank you for your perserverence..Very nice staff.....
