Regrettably, I purchased a blouse without trying it on. I was enamored with the blouse and took it home, I took of the ticket with the intention of wearing it. However, it did not fit properly. I attempted to return it for a refund, but my request was denied despite having a receipt due to the absence of a ticket. Fortunately, I contacted customer service, and they provided me with a return label. While I love the store and their selection, I will refrain from returning in the future as the inconvenience outweighs the potential benefits.

The customer service experience at this location has significantly deteriorated, particularly among new hires. In contrast, my previous interactions with the same establishment were marked by a sense of respect and attentive service. However, the current employees exhibit a lack of helpfulness and indifference. Previously, I would consistently shop at this establishment.

Chico's has a very bad return policy. 60 days and that's it. No store credit, no exchanges. Why?!
How can you buy a gift for your wife. Terrible and old practice. My wife and her girlfriends used to like this store. No more

I went in to exchange a Christmas gift and I did not have a receipt. I would say that Patricia was awesome in that she was not going to give up trying to get the right price for me.Thank you for your perserverence..Very nice staff.....

I love this place. Everyone is so kind. Love it when there's a special sale. Like an additional discount on top of discounted merchandise. I have shopped for someone who is petite and found the perfect outfit. I've also bought for someone who is plus size and was helped by the Sales Consultant. She gets compliments every time she wears it. You're going to find something flattering no matter your body type. And the clothes are comfortable. Everyone wants to look chic. But its the worst when you have to be uncomfortable to do it. I had stopped shopping there and in the past 2 years started back. Not sure why I ever stopped. Definitely something for the young and the mature.

My experience was delightful! Diana gave me immediate attention, and was very helpful with suggesting alternatives to the items that I wanted to get, but which were out of season. What has always impressed me about Chico's is the quality of the garments, the unique yet modern style selection for a more mature woman. I had the most enjoyable time trying on and buying clothes that Anita, sales lady extraordinaire, helped me pick out. Loved her personal attention! AND to sweeten my experience, Anita signed me up for Chico's rewards which earned me an extra 10% on top of the 40% off that is being offered this week. Not only does Chico's have a great store with clothes that fit my curves they have an attentive and friendly staff. This is my new favorite store!

The people stand around and ignore you. I needed clothes for a cruise. In this economy I guess they can afford to do that. I will never shop at this location or any other again.
