The business also conducts coronavirus testing, including lab and rapid tests, subject to eligibility and state availability. However, experiences vary significantly by location. Some customers report atrocious phone service with long wait times, while others find calls get through quickly. In-store customer service can be poor and unprofessional, with staff sometimes not assisting or greeting customers. Some pharmacy locations also close for lunch, which is noted as inconvenient.
Pharmacy here is super efficient. Switched from the Walgreens on North and Harlem and it is a decision I highly recommend!

River Forest, IL store - self-checkout that accepts cash has been broken for months. If you are looking to pay with cash & get checked out efficiently, this is not the store to go to.
