This is the scammiest place ever. A total scam robbery of your money. I keep trying to come in to cancel my membership because they don’t allow cancellation over the phone or online and I don’t even live nearby I keep coming all the way out here when I have time and during opening hours just to find the door is locked and no one is here. This is ridiculous your hours online say you’re open yet I’m here and the doors locked no one answers my phone yet charges keep coming out of my account . Insane

PLEASE.....PLEASE.....PLEASE!!!!!!DON'T SIGN UP FOR THE FREE CLASS ON FACEBOOK. WHY?! BECAUSE SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU FROM THE OPRF LOCATION THEN HANG UP AFTER YOU SAY HELLO. THEN WHEN YOU TRY AND CALL BACK BECAUSE THEIR COMPANY NAME APPEARS ON THE CALLER ID, THEY'LL CONTINUE TO SEND YOU TO VOICEMAIL. THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW WHERE I'M NOT WANTED.

While I had a more fantastic review previously. The experience I am having now is unfavorable to say the least.Here is my unfortunate update.While the facility is nice and Ryan was one of the best instructors. I am finding it very difficult to actually speak to someone who can refund my money. I ATTEMPTED to cancel my membership at the end of June. The receptionist I worked with, had me sign and said everything was good. I was still being charged for July because I didn't cancel 30 days in advance. Okay, that's fine. That should have been the last payment. No! I was charged for August too. I have not utilized the services since I THOUGHT I canceled in June. I even emailed them on August 3rd explaining what happened. The automatic messages says someone will get back to my within 24 hours. I then went to the location on August 5th, and the manager stated, I'll take care of your cancelation and get you your refund. It's August 12th. Still no refund and no email back from owner or anyone. I went back to the location last week, and was told someone would call me. No one has. I can't find a cooperate number. This is unfair and disheartening.

They kept charging after they froze my membership. I lose my credits and my money. Amanda, the manager refused to provide the contact information for the owner saying she can be fired if she does. And she was never able to fix the issue. I also sent an email that was never responded. Extremely unprofessional.

If I were rating this location a year ago I would be giving them probably 4 stars. However, that was then and this is now. I started having an issue signing up for classes. I had the 8 times a month membership. I was unable to reserve a bike as I was not "recogized" as a member when I was on the wesite. I contacted the club numerous times by text, phone call, in person to get this issued resolved. I was told that the manager would return my calls ... Amanda. Never once did she ever respond to my inquiries. I got so tired of waiting on her, I came in and canceled my membership. She is the worst ... so unprofessional and unresponsive. I'm glad to be rid of this place although I do really miss the classes. The classes are great. The management is not.

Ive been cycling for 2 months now and I love it! Lily, amy and Paul are always ready to greet you and make you feel welcomed! Lily always has the best Spanish playlists and I appreciate that! Annmarie is a great instructor with awesome playlists too!

Wish I could give it zero stars. Joined for one class then was signed up without my consent for a contract. I cancelled according to the guidelines in the contract (within 3 days via sending certified letter to them). Now getting harrassed saying that there is a bill past due after they gave me the refund. Made multiple attempts to contact local owner and corporate without response. Also getting charged monthly after cancellation. Not the way I pictured a local franchise to operate. Will never return to cyclebar!!

When I walked in , none of the girls behind the desk greeted us. But Karla was the only one who assisted even while handling an event and she was very helpful W shoes , Locker and everything. Sound system might need to be updated as you couldn’t make out what the instructor was saying. Class overall was pretty fun. Not very diverse and you can tell by the way the girls acted towards POC.

CycleBar OPRF is so much fun and such a good workout! It combines a killer spin class, with great music, and arm strengthening exercises. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to switch up your workouts

Love coming here for classes. The staff is very helpful on your first day. You will have to try different classes and instructors to find the best ones that suit you!

My first class I was a little nervous because I was trying something new by myself. My first class was with Lexi and she was amazing and all the girls there were so nice and welcoming. It feels like a family. I’ve done classes with Lexi, Ava and Lilly and I always have so much fun and look forward to the class. Thank you ladies!
