Terrible experience in drive up and go. They need to just close it down already, they don't know what they are doing and make a lot of mistakes. They ignored my substitution requests and never bothered to read the notes I had.
When I got home I noticed 2 ice mountain waters missing. I called them and told them they didn't give me my water, and drove to back to the store. Then the drive up and go people had to search my car to make sure i wasn't lying. So they found out wasn't lying and gave me two packages of water ,, however one was not ice mountain...lol. I told them this was a huge inconvience and they couldn't care less. Just straight faced angry. No empathy for the customer wasting their time on their mistake. I see this store has no respect for their customers, will not return!

Each store is a little bit different. I like the one on lake street better than the one on north avenue and the one on grand is pretty good, too. Stores may have unique offers and the layouts are slightly different. The points/rewards program is really good. I chose to upgrade where points never expire and where I can get delivery which pays for itself when it's really cold.

I called to request a prescription refill. I didn't have refills available. I asked them to send the request to the doctor. They never sent the refill request to the doctor because the bossy pharmacist prutha said so to the employee at her charge. She previously lied to me saying that the doctor denied to refill the prescription. She always yelled at me behaving so bad. She shouldn't work at the jewel osco pharmacy. I refilled the prescription at some other pharmacy that is no at any jewel osco. I was their customer for so long. I was very disappointed because I didn't take the prescription for 3 weeks

It's a good store to shop at the only problem is half the employees don't know where anything is so you're about just as lost as they are and they work their pretty sad
