I only shop here when absolutely necessary because it's set up horribly. It's not easy to get around here, especially with a stroller or wheel chair. In fact, there were numerous times when I would try to walk even 3 feet into the store, but someone had decided to set up a dog-training program right next to the front door. Tiny location with too much going on, yet somehow don't have what I need.
The service is friendly enough (which is why i gave a 3rd star), but I got tired of doing the maze just to leave empty handed, so I have a subscription for pet supplies from them instead. Saves me a stressful trip.

There are no perks for shopping here, despite what the store will tell you. There is no free merchandise after a number of purchases. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing after two years of shopping here and asking every time “did I hit that free 10th bag of dog food yet?”. It doesn’t exist.
