Unprofessional. Liars. Beware. Take your business elsewhere. They never processed the rebate on the phone we traded in. We were told the phone he purchased would cost $600 after the rebate provided by the trade in. The phone was $1000 retail. It's been 5 months and we have received no paperwork nor discount applied for the trade in. We were swindled. I'm furious.

I had the incredibly unfortunate experience of working with Jack. My mom and I went into the store to add TWO new lines to our account for iPads. Everything went seamlessly in the store or so I thought. I had an uneasy feeling when I left and decided to check my account only to see that Jack added FOUR NEW LINES AND ORDERED FOUR IPADS. He also changed my existing phone lines which we never asked him to do which caused us to lose all our subscription perks AND he added several insurance/protection plans that WE DID NOT ASK FOR. As a result my phone bill increased by $300 dollars. I see from past reviews that he has a history of screwing over customers I have no idea why they still allow this man to work here. I now have to jump through hoops to clean up his mess. I will never use this store again and I really hope they do something about Jack.

It was a very great experience. I purchased a new phone and it was quick and easy. The Aaron was able to fine a discount on my account that significantly reduced the amount I was expecting. Overall it was a great experience

I have trouble seeing so it can be difficult for me to work phones etc. Jack did a wonderful job setting me straight with everything I need. He made it all very easy. Then when my video calling didn't work he fixed that! Excellent job and a GREAT store! Thank you very much Jack!

Shay was wonderful! My boyfriend and I came within 10 minutes of closing to get him a new phone and plan and she helped us out without hesitation! Even though the store had closed already she had let us go to the bank to deposit cash and was super nice about the whole process. Thank you Shay for being so patient and helpful with us, you are amazing!

I wish I could give this place no stars, it's horrible. Not enough staff to help folks, oftentimes it's only one person working. Went to pick up an item today and they didn't even have bags. Not a good look for Verizon.

Jack and Shay each provided outstanding customer service, were very knowledgeable, and did their best to multitask and help multiple customers at once. Moreover, each exuded an air of politeness, humility, and joy in their work. Although I tend to stick with corporate Verizon stores, as I have previously run into issues being serviced at third-party Verizon service retailers, I gave this location a shot due to the high reviews and would not hesitate to come back here again.My only suggestions for improvement would be:1) For an employee to greet customers upon entering, instruct people where it might best to sit to await to be helped, and provide an estimate of how long one might expect to wait before being helped. Although I was happy to wait with nothing in particular going on, a customer came in after me, walked right up to the high-top table, and seemed to skip in line over several others of us who had already been waiting for some time.2) Not assuming how customers would prefer their phones to be set up. An employee put me on the “Transfer from iPhone to iPhone” track without asking which option I might prefer, at which point I would have informed her that with 400 GB of data on my phone I knew from prior experience it would take 4-5 hours. Sure enough, after about an hour of waiting it still showed “4 hours remaining” to transfer my data, at which point I asked if we could cancel out what she had started so I could just set up the phone myself at home via iCloud restore as I would normally do. I understand that for the vast majority of people who aren’t great with technology, that would probably be the best option to select 99/100 times, but it might not hurt to ask in the future if someone has a preference or would like to take the lead on setting up their new phone.Thanks again!

I had had very good professional service at the River Forest Illinois location in the past. That changed the other day. I went in and couldn't identify the employees. They were poorly dressed. I almost left because the entire group looked sketchy. Turns out the guy wearing the stocking cap and dirty shirt was the sales person. I was made to wait 15 minutes only to be told that they would not help me! Avoid this place.

Jack was extremely helpful. I arrived within the last hour of closing to see if there was still time to get a new phone and be added to my boyfriend's cell phone plan. Not only did Jack take care of this w/o hesitation but he also demonstrated excellent multitasking skills helping several customers at one time and even staying open late to help a customer with an urgent issue. Additionally, he took the time after the store was closed to show me tips and tricks on my new phone. Good customer service with knowledgeable staff can be a rare find these days, I definitely recommend this Verizon to all my friends and family!!

Jack Wiggin was absolutely amazing. Worked with us for a solid two hours resolving multiple problems, changing our service and selling us a new phone. We were tearing our hair out and he remained completely focused and even cheerful. Outstanding employee. We will recommend TCC to all and sundry.

They did their best - corporate was the bigger issue. But the reason for the 3 star is because I was promised call backs on numerous occasions...that never happened. I tried to call the store multiple times nobody answered and the inbox was full, even after being routed to a main Verizon line. Outside of driving there, waiting in line, there is no way to communicate with this store. Kind of IRONIC.

Jack is a very talented salesman. Not only did he get me a new phone he saved me money on my home internet all while helping other customers. Thank you for your time Jack. I will recommend you to anyone who asks me about phones.
