It's a tragedy with this company. The approach to the customer was a disaster in Poland during communism ?♂️ I recommend that Mr. Piotr take some customer service classes. Professionalism at ZERO level. He understands that price equals quality, so the offer here should be free.
I will never recommend that particular business due to lack of professionalism especially regarding to customer service.

I was T-boned in my car with my toddler by one of their clients, an older man who does not speak English. The damage was $1400. He gave me Margaret's card, and initially she was helpful in getting me his Progressive policy number so I could follow up with getting payment. Months later, the at-fault party has not given two minutes of his time to verify the account of what happened to his insurance company, despite repeated attempts to reach him and Margaret, so they have had no choice but to deny the claim. I have appealed to Margaret for help so I can fix my car, and have gotten no response. They are unprofessional crooks over here. Stay away.

Complete scam! Got into a single party accident about a month ago. Took out someones backyard fence. Called the agency to see if the fence damage would be covered to which they told me it will be covered. About 1 month later i’ve received a bill for $983 with no context. Probably the worst insurance agency that you could go to

This company makes fake insurance policies and certs and charges you for them. Margaret was the one we dealt with us and everything was found to be fake and they still charged us. Run Away!
