Why doesn't the property manager ever answer the phone? I can never get anyone on the line. And the gate has been broken, wide open, every time I have visited in the past few weeks. Not very secure???

Jackie is fantastic. Was super helpful especially since we just moved 1400 miles and needed to get storage before the movers arrived. I always feel safe at this location the site is clean. Very transparent. The app was super helpful and the gate access always worked so I never had to leave my vehicle to get in and out.

I have rented a space here now for 1 year. No issues with the facility, but since moving in my rent has increased twice. My move- in rent (not a special) was $108 per month. After the two increases it is now $175 per month. A 70% rental increase in 1 year is insane, would be worth just moving my stuff every 6 months to avoid this.

You can't find any place more dishonest than that. They INCREASE your rent with NO REASON after you rent a unit. They do it just because they do month-to-month and they just can. They double and triple it.
