7 minutes just to grab a slice of pizza? Really? Seriously?! It's not like it had to cook, still. Dude just took FOREVER. Then he wants to ask me about whether it's ok for me to eat what i ordered cuz he noticed my religion. Guy, you have already taken 5 minutes to NOT GET THE FOOD I PAID FOR. What does my religion have anything to do with getting me my food? I thought this was America. Since when does an establishment gotta check in with MY God to ask permission to serve me, albeit very slowly? Ridiculousness. Shameful. You guys cannot be serious...

We placed an order for delivery, they said an hour for delivery or 20 minute pickup. We figured an hour wait was fine. After an hour and a half, we called to check on our prepaid order, They answered and said they were transferring us to the front. We would wait for 5min and they would hang up on us. We called from seperate numbers & received the same response. We ended up driving to the location while on hold for the fourth time and cancelled our order. Very disappointed at our first experience.

This Rosati’s delivered the wrong pizza to me and would not take it back or give me my money!! I will never order from here again!! And the pizza is subpar at best!! Terrible management and terrible service!!!
