On another note, I want to mention that yesterday I brought my car in for a FEW repairs. I told Aviv that I needed the car in an hour and a half. My car was ready within the hour. “No one ever is ever looking forward to calling a towing service after their car breaks down ( Anyway, with that comment being said ). It is in No way reflective of the two ( 2 ) recent experiences that I have had with Chicago 24 Hour towing ( one on Nov. 24 / 2025 and the other on Dec. 11 / 2025 ). My tow truck operator ( Robert ) both the times that I had to use their service was great ( I was present at one of the towing's and not at the other one ). He was adroit at solving the parking and towing issues involved in getting my car from where it had broken down to the service center. He was also prompt in his arrival time at the pickup locations, with excellent ( and friendly ) customer service, along with very fair pricing in regards to the towing charges. So if you are ever in need of towing services in the Chicago area. I would highly recommend using Chicago 24 Hour towing at 5332 North Elston Avenue.”

“Wow, when I tell you Raul works lightning fast..... it's not a lie, I had to ask him a couple of times if he fixed the tire. Too funny... he smiled. And showed me the proof. I had a slow leak. I didn't even get out of the car. He saw the nail, said Hold on, next thing you know he said ok you're good. I don't even think I was there 15 min. And it was inexpensive. “I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”
