What a pain trying to deal with them. Received quote via email. Tried calling and got an AI chat bot that successfully pulled up my quote. And was asked how I'd like to be contacted, text or call. Never got either. Tried a direct line. Just kept ringing. Finally got a hold of someone and they asked for a reference number. On my quote I have a quote number but nothing says anything about a reference number on my quote. Finally they do a part search again and am asked what I was quoted. Then say I can pay via zelle and pick it up in 4 days. Won't take credit cards. Way too many red flags for me.

Worst experience that I’ve had in a very long time dealing with an auto salvage yard. I had to get my door replaced due to an accident, so I called myself saving money by getting the exact same door replaced. I found the replacement door online, but somehow the color was not the same whether it be my fault or theirs, I own up to it and payed to have a replacement door installed and also payed the 20% restocking fee so I was out of additional $520 on top of the $1576 that was spent the first time around. The first time that the door was installed, they swapped my tinted window and vent visor over to the new door . The second time they told me that the window had to go back with the old door so they kept my tinted window and tossed the vent visor in the backseat so I had to go and pay to have the Window re-tinted and reinstalled the visor myself . I was so furious that I had to just leave after I sat there from 11 AM to 4 o’clock waiting patiently. I’ll never give this place my business again or recommend anyone to go there.

Needed a headlight called around spoke with their rep was informed they had the part. However, after I drove there, I was turned away because they didn't have the part ready and they were closing. Miscommunication on their part cost me dearly. Horrible
Edit: when I spoke to the rep, I was not told that otherwise; I would have gone to another location that could have helped. I told her I was coming in and got there 30 minutes before you closed. She failed to tell me any of that. She even explained that the part is on the shelf, but sitting in the warehouse no excuse in my eyes. but I appreciate your response. none the less, it cost me dearly.

I just sold my junk car to ABC and the whole experience was great and went super smooth! From the lady (Lisa) that answered the phone whom I set up the pick appointment with, to the Tow Truck driver (Ricky) who picked up the car from my house. They both had amazing customer service and such a great, positive and professional attitude. Besides that, they offered the best offer for my car. Keep up the great work guys, you are the definition of great customer service! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing to sell their junk cars. Thank you ABC! :)

Wow this place is awesome, this is the second time I bought parts from ABC, my 2013 Jeep needs a brake booster a d I call around Chicago land and no one had the part I called ABC and got a Super Associate name Martin very professional very pleasant he told me the parts were available and the price is Right with a warranty so if you needs a part stop in and see Martin you won't be disappointed
