If I could give zero stars I would. I went in today for a pedicure regular polish change. I was given the price of $15, so I proceeded to choose from their terrible color selection. I felt rushed to pick a color and felt like I was bothering the tech when I asked to see multiple options. When the nail tech tried to take off the old polish I was told it wouldn’t come off and that I had no chip on my toes… I have been getting my nails done for well over 15 years and NEVER get no chip on my toes so I’m pretty sure she was not using actual nail polish remover. I even questioned them saying my toes never went under a UV light so they can get the sense I know what I have done to MY body. I was in a pitch so I said “do what ever you have to do to change the polish please” and then I was quoted another $5 for the removal.. the girl using the drill was super shaking and almost cut me 3 times. For anyone that knows nails ‘no chip’ is a soak off not drill off… anyway I got to the front to pay and was told $25.. will never return to this place.

Everytime I call to make an appointment, they accommodate me quickly. Ken does an amazing job! No matter what design I ask him to do, he always does an amazing job! I will definitely keep going there!

I recently visited this salon and had an overall mixed experience. I want to start by giving kudos to the young woman who did my pedicure. She did a fantastic job, and my toes came out looking beautiful. Unfortunately, my manicure experience wasn’t as positive.
I had shown the older woman a picture as a reference for a classic French manicure. However, despite the visual guide, there seemed to be some miscommunication about my request. While I understand that these things can happen, the final result didn’t match my expectations. She reluctantly offered to redo my nails, but I felt that her attitude was not very accommodating. I politely declined as I had an event to attend and didn’t have the time for a redo.
Although there was some confusion, I hope this feedback helps the salon improve its services.
