Amazing staff everyone is helpful and understanding. The manager especially has great communication skills when i wanted to learn more about my car. The car service is perfect I have never had a bad service. I pay for great quality service that never fails. Thank you.

Great customer service. Visited this office for passport pictures on a Saturday and Sheila Chavez took care of us, she was very patience with my wife and had warned her about my daughter when taking her pictures. Today Friday we arrived and again Sheila took care of us and it only took two takes an whola her pictures were done. Sheila was friendly, professional and very patience.

Awesome Service!
I live out of state and was in town for a wedding. Car broke down in Downtown Chicago on a Friday afternoon. AAA towed car to AAA N Riverside. I begged them to analyze it that afternoon and they did! Told me new radiator. They worked overtime on Saturday to fix it so I could pick it up Sunday am to drive out of state.
Even let me pick up on Sun when they were closed.
Anthony and Charles went the extra mile for me and it is appreciated!

Came here for the IDP application. With my own photos and form prepared. The whole process took only 10 minutes in and out. The lady at the front dest was friendly and professional. The waiting area is neat and cool in the summer time. Clean washroom too!

Absolutely do not take your car here. Charging upwards of 3 times the standard rate of repairs, and gave me an incorrect diagnosis. $150/hour for them to tell you everything is wrong with the car just to be wrong about it. Terrible costumer service, no itemized lists of issues, not worth it even with AAA membership discount and warranty. Might as well get the part fixed 3 times than have them charge you made up numbers for simple repairs (450 to replace a $90 battery that is fully accessible without removing anything else ?)
