Last year they didn’t want to recharge my a/c. Several calls were made, and they told me the schedule was booked 3 weeks out. My wife called and the guy tells her they can do it same day, that they operate on first come, first served basis. We drove for 5 minutes to drop off the car, and then they told me “someone had just got there in line ahead of us”. The poor guy tried to tell his manager he just talked to us on the phone, but the manager said they couldn’t do it.I was hoping they had gotten better, so I called today to see about scheduling an oil change (I’ve had no issues in the past, they have been very professional and good at the work). But after being on hold for 10 minutes with no explanation (are they busy assisting customers? Are they short staffed?) I hung up. After reading other reviews, we will take our business elsewhere.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I pulled in with a flat tire and went to the desk to ask about having my spare put on. I explained we, my Mom and I, were AAA members. We were told they were too busy to help. They had three cars inside and didn't appear to be doing anything with them. They told us we had to call the AAA roadside service. I almost fainted! Are u serious we are outside your service center doors and we have to call for help and wait. He said yes. I went to the customer service desk and they said they could not call it in because they only sale the insurance. What a laugh! So u can have three people sale insurance, two at desks doing not sure what and three in the service center and no one can help a customer. I told my Mom it was time to cancel this insurance and go with another one who actually appreciated their customers. We waited , after having to go through the whole call center situation, for about a half an hour for the young man to arrive. He asked why we called when we were at the repair service, so I explained, and he said are you kidding me it would have taken them 5 minutes and you would have been on your way. The young man had to change our tire out in the rain when the workers could have did it inside in a dry area. I will NOT and WOULD never go here again. I also plan to write a letter to someone about this experience. Ridiculous!!!

Hello. I want to prevent them from having a bad time, it is so frustrating with this company they charged 1,600:00 and my car was never good they gave me a TWO YEAR WARRANTY and it was of no use They said bring it, I took it like 7 times and the car was the same I decided to change workshops and they told me the part IS NOT THE ORIGINAL is the reason why the car does not work. We decided to go to AAA. And they didn't want to give the phone number to talk to the Director to see what terms we would meet on and finally we had it and he never answered, we were members for years.. Something very important is the new administration and it is the worst thing, they ignore you, they really discriminate against you. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR BUT THEY CHARGE YOU WELL.

Very bad service because they use the cheapest parts on the market. They charged me $1,600 and they couldn't fix the car after several attempts in six months. It is the worst service I have ever seen, but I understand why it is new management. The corporation's manager never answered my phone. I sent him photos of what they had put wrong and was ignored.They don't have the mechanic to work the shop machine. And the mechanic is not competent because he had gone out to fix papers and they didn't know when he was going to fix them. A fraud.

I came here to get my car serviced the day after Thanksgiving. I needed an oil change, new wiper blades and my passenger tail light was not properly working. I was greeted by Charles the manager. He made sure he followed up with me regarding everything that his staff was doing on my car. Once he realized I needed a new tail light house, he explained that they couldn't find it at any local auto stores and that it would be expensive to purchase through the dealership. I then looked on another website I found the part for a few hundred dollars cheaper. Charles installed the new tail light house in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely be back to this establishment. If you want quality work done, with reasonable prices, and a cordial staff, AAA at North Riverside is where you should take your vehicle.

Wow- I had a really unpleasant experience. I was sent to this shop from my AAA tow man who stated he didn’t have the correct battery on hand for me. When I arrived at the store I was aggressively told that it is “not my problem” that the battery provided to me by AAA originally was dysfunctional. I was denied service for no discernible reason. When I asked for a jump home since the car is literally dead in the parking lot and I was also denied this. I asked for a manager and was told I could call tomorrow. I will be making a formal complaint with the company- I have never been treated so poorly in my existence by a customer sales rep. I was yelled at in front of other customers which was humiliating. I had to walk across the street to costo to buy a jumper pack while sitting in front of a battery repair shop, because the staff felt it was “not their problem” to help me. I’ve been a AAA member for 12 years.
