The staff is excellent!! They have great customer service etiquettes. The therapist are thorough with explaining the exercises they want you to do. I recommend this establishment to anyone who needs therapy.

My mother was receiving physical therapy prescribed by her doctor for a work injury. ATI made the unilateral decision to refuse doctors orders and did not continue physical therapy services despite it being approved by insurance. She’s now behind on three weeks of physical therapy trying to find a new provider. BEWARE.

I repeatedly return to ATI whenever PT is needed for my old body. The therapists are always nice, friendly people who make therapy NOT seem like the hard work it really is. Always knowledgeable of each patient's individual needs, program, and exercises. Of course they push you, but they also tell you not to go past the point where an exercise is helpful and felt (to where it hurts and it would no longer benefit you). Never a problem to change an appointmenttime. On-time starting is also excellent. Lots of available parking too. I highly recommend ATI (especially the North Riverside IL location). DKW

The best physical therapy group ever! From reception "Jacob" to the Manager the best! Hu, Ines, and Sam helped me fix me from a fall from two steps during work. I was in total pain every day and night, then my doctor, after two months, listened to me and sent me to ATI on Harlem and 26th! With this group, I started to heal with learning workout routines, stretching techniques, and icing. I am back at work pain-free. Praise God! I'm so blessed that He put me in this groups hands! Thank you!

The staff was very professional yet extremely personable. I always felt comfortable and all my questions were answered. They are a great team and an asset to the ATI family in my eyes. Great job to them all for helping me get back to my normal routine/life. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone looking for their P/T. Actually I will miss going there and seeing/interacting with the team! I would like to say "THANK YOU' for all they have done for me.

In the two weeks, I have been attending physical therapy at ATI, I have worked with three different PTs. All three have been absolutely fantastic. They communicate with each other to stay on top of my case, and they have kept me informed, listened to and answered my questions, and helped me progress significantly. The quality and guidance they provide have led me to small successes that will aid my long-term goals and overall health. I appreciate all they have done and continue to do.

They really helped me recover from knee replacement surgery.. The therapists and staff, Inez, Sam, Hui, Trish, Jacob and Jocelyn, are very professional. The facility is well-equipped and very clean. Highly recommended.

Therapy is a necessary part of the healing process & ATI North Riverside is a great place to work on getting healthier. All of the therapists are tuned in to your specific needs. A complete initial evaluation gets the process started. Working with your doctors, insurance company and even lawyers, ATI takes the stress out so you can concentrate on getting better.You can expect to work hard as you are challenged to meet & exceed the goals of a healthier body.Bribery with sweets dipped in chocolate will get you gratitude and smiles but you'll still have to work out!I definitely recommend that you keep this group in mind the next time someone tells you that you need physical therapy.

Physical therapy is painful, there's no getting around that fact.To lessen this pain, you should choose ATI North Riverside. Their professionals will do a complete evaluation & set goals with you to put you on the road to recovery.Every time you say the exercise is too easy, they will challenge you with something tougher.You can try bribery because they love chocolate covered sweets but you'll still work hard.It's your choice where you go for physical therapy & I recommend giving ATI North Riverside a chance to make the pain go away.Tell them Tom sent you.
