I am extremely disappointed with this place after being told that the weight would be 10 minutes we ended up waiting 30 minutes. I showed my design to the technician which then he looked panic so I told him just the colors and with out the design would be fine. He ended up doing only one color and then at the end, he made me wait 30 minutes on a cold drying machine and then after leaving the place. The nail paint started to crack

Love this place super professional, quick service, and reasonable prices. This is my 3rd time coming here, and now it's my permanent nail shop. Thank you to all the staff for exceptional service.

I wanted to share some feedback about my visit today for a mani-pedi with my daughter. While I appreciate the service, there were a few things that left me concerned.
During my daughter’s pedicure, it felt like the process was rushed, and I noticed that the tools being used didn’t appear to be sanitized between clients. I also saw the same tools being used on both hands and feet, which was a bit concerning.
For my manicure, I had a broken nail and kindly asked the nail tech to cut it carefully, but unfortunately, it wasn’t handled gently, causing some pain. Afterward, the rest of the manicure felt rushed as well.
I understand it’s a busy holiday season, and everyone probably wishes they could be off, but it’s important to ensure services are still performed with care and cleanliness.
Lastly, I noticed one of the staff’s children standing quite close while I was counting the money to pay. While I completely understand having children at the salon sometimes, it would be great if they were given space so clients feel more comfortable.

Steven is absolutely disrespectful! Certainly 1/5 Stars if I could give a zero I’d probably do below that.
I had an awful experience at this nail salon. The manager was incredibly unprofessional and yelled at me when I pointed out that my toes were not done correctly. Instead of addressing the issue and offering to fix it, they refused to redo the service and rudely told me to “shut up.” I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in any establishment before. On top of that, the quality of work was subpar—uneven polish and poorly shaped nails. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or basic respect as a customer.

DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible experience. If I could give them no stars I would. Go to UWU nails in Chinatown!!!!! My experience at classy nails was insane. The lady doing my nails couldn’t do a simple French tip. I continuously had to tell her that they weren’t right and she mumbled something under her breath in Chinese everytime I told her I didn’t like the way she was doing them. She only did one coat, my nails weren’t trimmed evenly and she rushed through it leaving some gaps with no nail polish on it. I didn’t even want my nails done after seeing the work on my feet. While my feet were drying I was on a PRIVATE phone call with my bestfriend explaining how the lady was rude and rushed through it because she was upset because I asked her to do them over in another color instead of French tip. I called the manager over and he told me he’ll fix it and not to talk badly about their work and told me the hair on the feet is my fault even though I seen the hair there after she finish polishing over it. while trying to get me to “be quiet” he said he’ll do them over for me, I said no thank you. That’s not how you accommodate people. You fix the issue without making them feel like it’s their fault that your workers did a lousy job. I continued my private conversation with my bestfriend explaining how I should’ve stuck with my girls in Chinatown and he came over and told me to be quiet, he’ll fix it. He got to the point of yelling at me and I’ll just say this. charge? DISPUTED. customer? LOST FOR GOOD. Terrible customer service, terrible work, terrible workers. do not go here!!!

SUCKS ! FIRST OFF I PAID FOR A BASIC PEDICURE AND SHE DIDN'T USE A HOT TOWEL THEN DROPPED ALL THE ACRYLIC ON THE FLOOR PICKED IT UP AND PUT IT IN THE SAME CONTAINER AND TRIED TO PUT IT ON MY NAILS ! THEY ARE Unsanitary !

I’m highly disappointed! I got a bacterial infection on my toenail that they covered with acrylic! I used to come all the time with someone else but won’t be returning after this!

Listen to the reviews they overpriced for something very simple not even doing good job $90 with no chip pedicure $45 total of 136 it wasn’t worth the time or money please don’t go here you leave disappointed save your hard working money and go somewhere else.

Do not come here. Extremely rude and rushed and horrible service. Workers are distracted and rushed and do not listen to what you are asking for. Manager is insanely rude and refused to fix any mistakes even if it was their fault. Nails look cheap and are not worth how much they charge.

Really bad , this is my manicure ?, four days with pain. I went to the place to show the bad work, and the person who was attending told me... the manicure is not guaranteed ? . Well... I hope nobody feels this?
