Not selfish, not trying to push a phone just honest to goodness help. And so I return, permanently. Lesson learned, when you find good people stick with them.”

Sound and light they hooked it up and we're way cheaper than having a DJ.. With technology now a day no one needs a DJ if they know what they are doing . Thank you Windy City music doe your service and availability for someone who doesn't have all the audio equipment to throw a great party.”

“I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge one of your employees named Nazar!This guy is very knowledgeable with the systems at cricket, he handled and resolved my issue quickly with a few phones lines that I had added to my accounts by a friend that took advantage of having my pin code....Not only did nazar show me the dates each extra phone had been activated so that I could see how long the recurring payments were coming out of my account, he helped me create a seperate account so that I could emancipate my number from the other account and he took my card off file!I came back a few weeks later he remembered me and as I put a new card on file, I was asking him if Cricket had an international plan for Spain;since I'm leaving for about a month! He let me know Cricket didn't have an international plan for spain but he helped me call so that I could unlock my phone if incase I needed to buy a sim card in Spain for my phone! Stellar employee great energy and naturally cares about the customers! I've had nothing but great experiences with cricket, not a single a bad one, but with that being said I've never felt inclined to write a review about how good the service is, so that should let you know how on point this guy is! Nazar 100 percent superstar!”

I've got one more cracked screen, so I'll be a repeat customer. Highly recommended for iPhone screen replacement.”

I brought in a copy of Pokémon Crystal to get my save battery replaced, but after the replacement the save battery just stopped working for again whatever reason. The employees and manager were very kind and did another replacement free of charge, they even threw in a coupon for my trouble. It’s a good store run by good people, definitely check it out if you’re in the area.”

“A few months ago, I bought a high-end AV system from County Line. It worked beautifully when it worked, but had a number of issues. The techs and others at County Line responded immediately and competently whenever I had a problem. We mutually concluded that the AVP was defective, and County Line contacted the manufacturer in Europe. After several abortive efforts at finding a fix, the mfr. concluded that County Line was right and replaced the product. More recently, I had a different problem. I called the tech (on a Sunday evening) expecting to leave a message. He answered the phone, concluded that the problem was with the universal remote and called the mfr., who identified the problem and fixed it remotely that same evening. County Line stayed with me throughout, standing behind the products they sold me beyond my expectations. A great place to do business with.”

You can do a job start to finish and get everything you need from this place at a great price and the people there know their stuff which helps out a lot. If you're an electrician or somebody that just wants to do some remodeling on your house I would definitely suggest you come here for your electrical supplies rather than big brand stores.”
