Works are rude....was at check out and 2 workers were talking about the merchendise i was buying in front of me....saying it looks childish and that their kids would wear that. In what world is it okay to be talking in front of a customer about the merchendise they are buying?!

It's crazy how nobody cared about customer service at this location. Not a hello or any help. Came from fox valley and tried to exchange some clothes and I tried showing an associate and she didn't even looked. She just said "whatever is on the nightmare before christmas display is all we got" it wasn't even from that collection...lol. over at fox valley I had lots of help and everyone engaged with customers. They got me to buy more than I intended to. This one makes me want to never shop there again.

Heavily, HEAVILY followed around/ profiled despite there being crowds of kids in there that should've been monitored more, and horrible selection this time needing of newer better merchandise

The store itself has plenty of inventory and the staff was very welcoming and willing to help. The store just didn't have what I was looking for in particular but it was clean and organized.
