Run! This was the worse experience I have ever had. Asked for a dip, they did not know how to do. Over dipped, too thick. When filing they cut me several time, Drew blood from my cuticles, after that he was filing with the automatic filer filed so deep that he filed off the top of my bed nail after I pulled away from being in pain the man just walked away and left me there would have done bleeding nails finally they had a younger person tried to finish them Did not know what he was doing. They charged me Full price and asked me to tip afterwards do not ever go here

sometimes its hard for some people to complain, sometimes people are not so sure till all nails are done. i do hope other nail shops see this bad job Lee Nails did and other customers see your bad attitude from this review.

Decided to give this place a shot, definitely regret coming here. Got a no chip and Asked for a design on my nails as well, the work on it was really bad. Decided to go back to get it fixed which made it even worse than the first time. My nails now like look press ons with glue underneath it. When I expressed to the tech about my disappointment with it she just walked away and didn’t want to help me anymore. Totally unprofessional on her part, apparently they don’t want my business. If you want to waste your money come here!

Nails look great, But they use the same file and buffer on everyone and that is against OSHA policy. That is just nasty and unsanitary you can get an infection with doing that. I wonder if they even sanitize the nippers. The lady who did my nails had the biggest attitude also and rushed to finish my nails . And yes I am talking about the nail shop INSIDE the mall.

Y’all please please don’t go here! Save yourself the headache. Most of the workers don’t speak English and aren’t really patient with customers who can’t understand them. I went in today and asked for mani pedi and eyebrow wax , which I was told would be 90 even . By the time I left outta there we were at 107 and the lady was trying to charge me again for an extra 5 . Not to mention the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I went in and started off with a pedi…. to begin the vibe in the place was very uncomfortable. The lady scrubbed my feet with a very abrasive scrub, that was about all she did before she got irritated because there was a miscommunication about the color I wanted…..she couldn’t speak English nor understand what I was saying so she was about to put the wrong color on my toes. However a very kind young lady came over in the place of the first lady. She was very nice but right off back I could tell this girl had absolutely no idea about what she was doing. She threw 4 very sloppy layers of nail polish on my toes tried to make me walk with bare feet on a very dirty floor basically rushed me out of my seat toes still wet I eventually just left and refused service because I was extremely traumatized .. it just kept getting worse, so I didn’t get nail and brow service. They weren’t friendly at all… please go somewhere you can get quality service. I paid 42 for a service that was nowhere near worth it nor was it enjoyable…. They ruined my entire day. ( UPDATE : IM ACTUALLY CORRECT I AM TALKING ABOUT THE NAIL SALON IN THE MALL)… right across ffrom the African braiding shop.

I recently visited this nail salon and my experience was a mixed bag, leading me to give it a 3 out of 5 stars.Pros:-The salon had no wait time, which was impressive considering it was a Friday afternoon.-They offered a wide variety of nail colors and powders, providing plenty of options to choose from.-The environment was clean, and I noticed they made an effort to disinfect all the materials and appliances, which is always reassuring.Cons:-Unfortunately, the technician who did my nails seemed a bit inexperienced. She cut my cuticles too much, causing some bleeding, which was concerning.-The application of the nail polish wasn't thorough. There were noticeable gaps at the top of my nails where the color hadn't been applied.-After painting my nails, she proceeded to cut and file them some more, which led to the chipping of the nail color at the very end of the nail. This was a strange sequence of steps that affected the final look.-The polish was applied messily to the skin around my nails. Though she attempted to clean it, some polish remained on my skin.I will not return as for a simple No-Chip manicure and all the cons, I was charged $50. While there were positive aspects, like the variety of options and cleanliness, the issues with the nail treatment itself were significant. The salon has potential, but improvement in the skill and technique of the staff is needed.

It seems that the prices that you are quoted are super low until it is time to pay. Daughter and aunt took over two hours for them to do their nails. Then came the exaggerated price. When you quote one price you should stick to it. Sad face. :(
