Jesse was amazing! I went in with my elder Father the other day to get him a new phone. Jesse showed us our options that would best fit a non techy person and he helped my Dad learn to work the new phone, as well. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions we had.

Employ talking to a friend ignoring customers on Sunday12/15/24 at 2:03 pm we say excuseme to ask a question and he rudely says in Spanish we should not interrupt someone talking he was not saying anything to the person I been a metro user for 10 years have never been treated like that recamend ppl avoid that location

Went on Saturday or Sunday trying to upgrade my phone but the guy clearly doesn’t know what he’s talking about. The guy would just beat around the bush a whole lot.

I went in to this store and the guy told me that I needed double the money to start a new family plan with 4 lines. He said the reason it was so much was because I would be getting free phones. Stay away from this store!

I bought 4 phones! I should have went with my gut when the guy had a problem with the SIM card for one of the phones, which supposedly already had been activated! He couldn't get the phone to work even after new SIM card. Phone asked me for a passcode when I turned it on at home and tried to set it up and it disabled the phone! 4 days after purchase I took it in after they had suggested going to Apple iTunes to restart and taking it in to Apple store. Neither worked, Apple rep suggested I go in to store for help and even said just to return it and get a new phone. Horrible customer service at store. Bought the phone from a Homero, which I believe he was new and the one who messed up the phone in my opinion. Tried to get help from a Eddy, which customer service 101, never say "I can't" and There's nothing I can do", he must have said it at more then 10 times! He refused to let me talk to a manager (Luis) and regional manger (Michelle Saucedo) because they weren't there, but supposedly he called them, he said he couldn't give me their #. He went to a back room both times to call them, who knows if he did and said manager said there's nothing he can do and regional manager said they can't take the phone back if it's disabled! Mind you I bought the phone 4 days ago!! Still had the plastic on screen! I told him I wanted a new phone or I wanted to return it and he said I couldn't do neither! Even though policy says I have 14 days! So what I'm I suppose to do with it! Apple couldn't fix it , they can't fix it, I even told him you do the Apple iTunes and fix it, they don't have the capability there! So I told him to take it to an Apple store himself and once he fixed it I would take it back. No, can't do that either. So I got a brand new phone and it doesn't work and I have to find a way to fix it! At this point I don't want this phone, if fixed will something go wrong a month from now. I was so upset that I left store and left phone there and told him when they fix it give me a call. Well I called the # to complain and he said I needed to get the phone back so they can help me. I went back got all there names, oh and no one apologized or looked apologetic once! Instead they were arguing with me and smirking like if they didn't care. When I went back he even said his regional manager said that I can bring in MY LAPTOP and she can try to help me!!! Really!!! I laughed and said that was ridiculous and that I already had placed and complaint and was getting help! That's when his tune changed and he said he understood I was frustrated, but that he had to follow store policy!!! That he couldn't change the rules! What is that not to help customers! What about both managers!! I spent a lot of $ on 4 phones and they couldn't replace one! I've been in customer service for over 30 years and there is always something that can be done, exceptions by managers, but they just refused! A free case at least! Bunch of young kids just not caring and rude! I hope that this isn't their career because they are not good at it! Oh but he did tell me to have a nice day! Ridiculous!! This is TMobile lower level North Riverside mall and to top it off I called the TMobile in food court and spoke to a George who tells me he can't give me the # to that store because they don't have one and that I have to go in and that he couldn't help me! I mean wow! A cell phone store without a way to contact anyone, I mean really how much worse can this place get that I have to bring my own laptop to get help...why don't you bring yours! I don't understand how they don't have a computer or laptop there to assist! They just care about selling you the phone for commission, but there is no customer service behind it! Oh, there was a young lady there who said, "you have insurance on phone don't you so there you go"...so I have to pay a deductible on a phone that I got 4 days ago and nobody can repair! If comp

Not only I had to take this location to the BBB and consumer affairs because we were sold a deal that didn't exist, the seller we dealt with for a family plan put down my address, my father's birthday and my mother's debit card for the account holder when all that info should have been my father's. It was an effing mess when trying to figure out how to login because none of the dates or numbers matched the people in the plan.
