“I LOVE this location due to the employees AMBER & CYNTHIA. These ladies color match my paints flawlessly. I had a job today across town and drove all the way to this location because their color matching is so on point. Not to mention these two are very knowledgeable, personable and patient. I’m extremely particular and these two didn’t even blink an eye at my questions. They know exactly what they are doing and I highly recommend this location in particular because of them.

“If you are looking for a suburban paint store, look no further than JC Licht in Hinsdale. After raising my children these last 15-20 years, my home was in definite need of being refreshed, from top to bottom, with a new paint job. I have been working with the amazing folks at JC Licht through out this whole process in order to ensure that I get the correct paint I need, not only the quantity of paint, but also in the right sheen or color. The patience of the folks that work at JC Licht to ensure that I am completely satisfied is beyond impressive. As a mom and wife who is trying to juggle all the various rooms being painted correctly and on time, when my painter has time to visit my home, JC Licht has been an integral part of ensuring that my job is getting done not only right, but exceeding my expectations. We had such an incredible experience at Sherwin-Williams thanks to Gustavo, the store manager. Ivan and I walked in feeling extremely stressed and overwhelmed, trying to make the right decisions for our business—and we walked out genuinely happy, confident, and with everything we needed.
From the moment we arrived, Gustavo greeted us with the biggest smile and immediately made us feel taken care of. He went above and beyond in every possible way. Not only did he help us select the correct products, but he also took the time to truly understand our business needs and got us fully set up with a professional business account.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and organization. He created a special folder specifically for the paint we used, clearly labeled so we know exactly what it’s for and which location it belongs to. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and made such a difference for us as business owners juggling a million things.
