I tried many times this place expecting some nice service, kind people and patience when you ask colors and procedures, but I got tired of the bad service, rude attention, less care of the clients and today the nail lady who did my nails not even says “THANK YOU” for waiting 15 minutes for the pedicure and thanks for the tips.
I noticed this place come a lot of Hispanic as me, and maybe We deserve better service, at lest friendly smile, better quality, better communication.and respect.
I hope this review make to others to visit other places here I Riverside, Illinois with nice and friendly atmosphere.
I am not asking the service for free, I am paying and I work hard to deserve the right service !!!
My Hispanic community we deserve better don’t come to this nasty and rude place PLEASE!!!!!

I showed up yesterday at 6:45p with my guy for pedicures and they turned us away stating they were closed even though it says they close at 8:00p. I went to Classy Nails on the other side of the mall and they were welcoming and delivered great service! Classy Nails now has another loyal customer - will never go to Zunis again.

Haven’t done my eyebrows in a few weeks to let them grow out and came here to get them done. This eyebrow place is located in the nail salon fyi … when she was done I couldn’t believe my eyes. Totally different eyebrows my left and right eyebrow. I told her they were different and she said she was following my tattoo.. umm my eyebrows aren’t tattooed at the bottom where you messed up!! Here we go again growing them out. Stay away

I came to do my pedicure the lady that was doing my pedicure was rushing and didn’t do the best job. I pay $40 so they can do a good job not to do everything rushed up. I’ve came here a couple of times but this would be my last. My pedicure got messed up so I came so they could fix it and they were getting all mad when I didn’t even talked to them in a bad way, it seems like they’re always in a bad mood, you guys have to be more polite to your costumers.

I hate it I hate it should of just gone to classy nails girl that did my toes was horrible with the clippers pulling harshly on my skin poorly polished didn’t even clean around extremely disappointed ?

A male did my nails today he was way too rough!! pulling on my fingers and kept rolling his neck like he was about to have an exorcism! he had a very bad attitude And was acting snappy when my mom & I were asking him questions about the other workers Because we would have rather had someone with a better attitude do our nails instead of him I should have gave him $0.00 as a tip he’s lucky he got my $3.00 Wouldn’t recommend doing nails with the guys only the girls are nice but horrible horrible serviceService: Manicure

Pedicure and French tip manicure…did not put my shoes on left with those flip flops - two hours later I put my shoes on yo go to work…took them off when I got to work (I work as a caregiver in a private home$. The polish on my big toe came off completely!!! Then I noticed that 4 of my nails are also chipped…my friend that went with me and got a mani/pedi and her nails are a total mess also…calling to ask for my money back!!!Services: Pedicure

Went in for an eyebrow thread and told her twice I can't have Witch Hazel because allergies. She confirmed no witch hazel TWICE and still put it on when my eyes were closed. Immediate burn and I asked to which she said "oh I thought you wanted both". I asked if she knew what allergic meant and she said yes. Told the front desk who had me talk to the owner who was totally fine with it. Left with a breakout and burning. 0/10 shouldn't be serving if they're going to ignore allergies

No wonder they have some many bad reviews, I wish I read the reviews before going there. I had the worst experience of my life in a nail salon. This place is trash, they are very rude and disrespectful. I came in with my 5 year old. My daughter and I were trying to spend some time together, but this became a nightmare to her. The guy doing my pedicure rush through it and did not even properly finish. When the nail polish was getting dry, my nails looked very messed up. I told the guy and he started yelling on me in front of my daughter. I was trying to explain him what was the issue but he wouldn't even let talk. Then another guy came and started to yell at me as well. They both were Yelling at me at the same time. My daughter was so scare, when we came out of the nail salon she started to cry. It's so unbelievable that this people don't have any respect for their customers specially if there is a little kid. I don't recommend this place at all. Don't waste your money. They really do a horrible job.
