Great experience for several years with Discover. They have great customer service that really puts other big corporations to shame. Also, I’ve been very happy with the interest rates they offer on bank accounts.

Discover used to be good, but they are startng to take customers for granted. Customer service is less responsive, and they seem overall disrganized. The right hand does not know what the left is doing.
