This insurance is a total rip off! I was lied to when I bought it and the “customer service” refuses to help in any way. So on top off the high monthly premium I am now responsible for doctor visits going back a year. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Be aware, this is fraud company. They don’t provide any insurance coverage. Zero services covered, not even the annual doc visit or any other preventative care. Their customer service does not exists. No one ever answers the phone. They don’t have claims department. I don’t know how they have not been locked behind bars by now. Stay away from these criminals.

This is a scam company. They say you will be paid back money if you cancel the policy with in 30day. I cancelled the policy in 5 days because got coverage through my wife's new employment. They dont want to refund the money now. Its a scam dont sign up with this company.

We had this insurance due to my husband being in between jobs, we only did it because of our children we literally had the insurance for about 2 months, BIG MISTAKE, nothing is covered,we are now getting bills from providers and one bill alone is $11,000, customer service is non existence, who the heck is going to pay these bills??? What can be done about this??? WE HAVE BEEN SCAM!!!!

Zero stars needed. Family doc visit and bloodwork, told I was in network, Fed. Life paid $0 afterwards. Out $520 thanks to being lied to. Scam.

If you don’t want to be scammed. Don’t sign up. On a recorded line I was told my daughter will be fully covered and hospital bills will be taken care of. Hospital bill was denied. It took 10 list of doctors to find one that accepts this coverage. But guess what… this company did not cover it. Give me my money back. I going to write the attorney general . I’ve been calling first thing when they open and no department is not available. Scam

We were told that our primary care would be covered with a $20 copay and that we would have dental insurance. In the end we had almost zero "coverage". We were told we had to wait 30 days to schedule appoi tments for a free viewing period but after 30 days you are no longer able to recieve a refund. So we waited 30 days to schedule only to be told it wouldnt cover our care and now we are out that money because it was past the 30 days we were told to wait. Absolute scam

I had this insurance it's the worst. when I got it I was told it would cover all my Doctors and specialist but they didn't pay not one of my doctor bills. Don't get this insurance ? I just received another bill from my Urologist from 10 months ago they wouldn't pay. They didn't even pay for my primary doctor.

Beware! This is not health insurance! Sales Guy was slick, said our Dr in network cost was $300 month. Now Dr not in network, all this insurance pays is part of office visit which it won't because Dr not in network lol. Also, if you're admitted to hospital they pay you $100.00 day, laughable, so no, this is not health insurance. It covers nothing. We're out money for my husband's stress test. Didn't cover a dime. Con artists, just plain con artists. Tried to cancel they sent us over to sales guy. Geez Also, if they think they're going to deduct from our bank account this month, nope! We were suppose to recv cancellation email, hasn't come. The ones posting good reviews either work for the company or have Never had to actually use the insurance!
