Ray's Auto Service went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. I travel for work and I was making my way down to Wisconsin when on the highway my car started reducing speed, I received some electrical error on my dashboard and now my car would not go pass 20 miles per hour. I quickly looked for a mechanic shop and Ray's Auto was 6 minutes away, I called and explained the situation and they said I could bring it in. I was very grateful just for that because it was almost closing time for them. They quickly diagnosed my car and gave me a very reasonable price and on top of that they were willing to stay after to get my car up and running that same night. I had a snack next door at a Cafe and before I knew it my car was ready. It's been running great ever since and I made it to Wisconsin that night with no further issues. I appreciate them going above and beyond to help a traveler get safely to their destination. I recommend them to anyone who needs trustworthy and hard working mechanics.

I don’t give great reviews easily but this auto service deserves them. They worked on my daughter’s 2016 Corolla that had been sitting in our garage for a year ,and did a great job. New tires, drained gasoline, new brakes, air filters and oil change. I felt the cost was reasonable, no gouging. They finished the work on time, and were extremely courteous and up front on everything.

Ray is super nice and trustworthy. I took my car in to get something checked. Ray and his team inspected my car but couldn’t find anything wrong. He showed me pictures and videos of some things that may need work later on and explained everything. Didn’t even charge me dime for the inspection. I highly recommend this place!!

Had an excellent experience with Ray’s Auto! They helped me out with an urgent radiator replacement on short notice. The team was professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. We scheduled to have our car's interior detailed, booking it more than ten days in advance. We arrived and the place was closed. No one bothered to call us or tell us. Very unprofessional. Won't be going back.

I had issues with my Camry that had a bad oil leak. They were upfront with the work, and parts that needed to be replaced since my car is older and had a lot of mileage on it. They explained the process of how they were going to tackle the problem, they even took pictures and showed the before and after to show me where the leak was coming from and the damage it was causing, which I honestly really appreciated!! I recently moved here and in search of new mechanic and I’m definitely coming back, they have been super helpful, efficient and priced reasonable. I highly recommend them, I’ve had a great experience with them!

I had an amazing experience at Ray’s Auto! The team is professional, honest, and really knows their stuff. They took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and had my car ready even earlier than expected. It’s so hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but Ray’s Auto absolutely earned my confidence. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car needs—highly recommend!

Unexpected flat tire. Ray took care of it fast and was able to get me back on my way! Ray was informative and his team clearly cares about the service they offer and level of work they do. I’ll be using Ray again for any car work that I need.
