“JustTires guys in Wheeling are always have great service. I have been going there for all my tire problems with all my family’s cars. They are honest and works fast. Today i went there, they check my back right passenger tire that has giving me problem and seal it. They did not even charged me even a single dime because there was no problem, no nail puncture or anything. These guys are so amazing! Thank you so much!”

“I wish I would have written this review sooner because I cannot compliment enough on the level of care, customer service and class that this Just Tires has provided me and my family for over 2 decades. We have had everything done at this place: tires, struts, oil changes, brakes, ailments, you name it. None of these things has EVER failed us. Vince, Tim and Fabian are the best in the business. I know im failing to mention the other gentlemen in the shop and that have helped us (please forgive me), but whenever I have had a problem or needed something these 3 men were on top of it like I was their sibling. I mean it, they are THE best in the business, treat you like family, are friendly, fair, honest, class acts and actually care about you along with your purchase. If it means anything, I drive from the city of Chicago just to get my work done by them because theyre that professional.
Just Tires, if you're reading this, you need to give EVERYONE at this shop a FAT raise because they are worth their weight in gold.

The wait was a bit long but I understand. George was extremely wonderful and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle which was really nice. Overall you have a great, kind and respectful staff.

“I can’t say enough great things about BlueSky Tire and Auto Service! I brought my vehicle in with a flat tire, and they went above and beyond to help me out. They were able to find new tires the same day and had everything including an alignment, done within just a few hours. I had my car back by the end of the day, and it drives perfectly.
The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The manager, Chris, was especially helpful. I don’t know much about tires or vehicles, but he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in their work. I truly trusted him, and that means a lot.

“I brought my car in to Auto Lab for an oil change. As part of their inspection, they recommended new tires (car had 40k miles) and provided a quote. I brought the car back a month later and they changed the tires at the quoted price. Altogether, I found Auto Lab to be transparent, honest, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good car care company.”

“These guys are great. They always find time for urgent, last-minute repairs like the headlight they replaced for me this morning even though they were obviously swamped. Pricing is incredibly reasonable for a high-end shop. Dave and Ron are extremely personable, so instead of dreading car repairs it's always a pleasure to visit their business. Look no further. “I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”
“I may need service soon and it struck me that I neglected to add a review in the past. Jim has taken care of complex issues with my car for years. He has always been affordable, frequently working around my strained budget to get me back on the road. Anytime he’s needed the car overnight, he has provided a loaner. He’s extremely knowledgeable and just a nice person. I’d feel comfortable recommending Rouse’s to anyone.
Edit: Another 5-star experience! The owner even sent me a follow-up with the paperwork needed to qualify for a rebate on parts. That kind of above & beyond service is why I trust Rouse’s and you can, too!”

“Ray's Auto Service went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. I travel for work and I was making my way down to Wisconsin when on the highway my car started reducing speed, I received some electrical error on my dashboard and now my car would not go pass 20 miles per hour. I quickly looked for a mechanic shop and Ray's Auto was 6 minutes away, I called and explained the situation and they said I could bring it in. I was very grateful just for that because it was almost closing time for them. They quickly diagnosed my car and gave me a very reasonable price and on top of that they were willing to stay after to get my car up and running that same night. I had a snack next door at a Cafe and before I knew it my car was ready. It's been running great ever since and I made it to Wisconsin that night with no further issues. I appreciate them going above and beyond to help a traveler get safely to their destination. I recommend them to anyone who needs trustworthy and hard working mechanics.”
