Fast delivery with smiles . Very knowledgeable about products they deliver. The store experience is 5 stars. They welcome with friendly hellos and remember names! I'm excited when I'm about to pay off something they always ask what's next ! Auto-pay is wonderful as well, plus hassle free. I tell everyone to shop at Robinson rent one!

This manager stacy is absolutely terrible at customer service, and is arrogant. We have had an account with them a very long time, and suddenly 2 of our references were listed as blocked with no explanation, when I spoke with these people they had said nothing of the sort to Rent One. She did not attempt to rectify the issue on the phone with my wife, instead telling her to just contact 2 new references. I will be contacting corporate as well so hopefully she is reprimanded for her attitude and it will be better in the future.

The local staff was helpful, giving me time to pick out everything I needed for our special guests. Having extra people at your home can be stressful but Rent a Center made the visit with extra company not stressful.
