About AmeriCold Logistics Rochelle Americold Dr
AmeriCold Logistics in Rochelle has friendly and helpful staff, including at the guard shack. Drivers report being accepted early for appointments, sometimes receiving a dock instantly. However, loading can still involve a significant wait, even after the appointment time or after being precooled. The process requires checking in, providing details, and waiting for a call. There is no overnight parking, but a rest area is available and a truck stop is nearby. Some drivers mention receiving gifts and appreciate the generous treatment.

Very friendly staff at check in and out entrance. I arrived way early and was allowed to stay on property until my appointment time. I really appreciate the grab bag for drivers appreciation week. Very thoughtful and healthy snacks. Thanks Ameri Cold in Rochelle.
