“Great experience here! My son was on his way to Chicago, and got a hole in his tire. I scheduled online so that the tire could be fixed on his was back home. Corey was super helpful, he called ahead of my son arriving to make sure they had the right tire in stock in case it needed to be replaced. Very kind, reasonably priced and they had him done and on his way very quickly! Highly recommend! Thank you Corey and staff!”

“My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and knew exactly what we wanted, found one here and came to look. From the moment you step into Prescott brothers ford you are met with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere from all staff. We had some concerns with the vehicle we were going to purchase and agreed on the stipulations and they followed through on their end in a timely manner with good communication. Ben Dougherty was great and easy going to work with and had no problems letting my husband do his mechanic thing on checking out the vehicle, getting him whatever he needed. Fair trade in value , no pressure looking, no extra/hidden fees to wade through, they were honest and easy to work with. Caleb the sales manager was great too, he helped keep an eye on the kids while we spent time here. 100% recommend and would return again. So happy with our purchase, love our new jeep!”

“Cannot thank RTC enough for the outstanding service I received yesterday. On my way from Houston to Wisconsin when my Hino box truck went into reduced engine power mode due to a DEF issue that was preventing the truck from running its own regen cycle. They were able to hook up to the truck and run a couple of manual regen cycles and clear up the fault allowing me to complete my trip. Two other shops I had been to yesterday said they couldn’t work on my truck and both pointed me to RTC. From the service manager to the diesel mechanic, they were fast, friendly, and more than fair with the repair and the bill. If you’re in need of service and you can make it to RTC, I would highly recommend them. My buddy who was with me said “you just don’t see that kind of service anymore.” Thanks again for the service and the prompt diagnosis and repair. I was lucky to find these folks yesterday and they pretty much saved me from a very difficult situation.”
