The AutoZone in Rochelle Illinois is hands-down the place to come if you are anywhere in the area. You must come and see Damien, Zach, Logan and Angela. This is amazing. I feel like I’m with family. I was stranded 900 miles from home and they saved me.

Check engine light was on and was super worried. Zach and Angela made us feel like a top priority, checked everything out, and lessened our worries. Top rate service by these two which was so appreciated!

I went in today, July 4th because I've had to jump my truck 3 different times and wanted someone to check my battery. As well as my alternator etc. Andy, parts manager came out to check my battery to see if it was that. My battery tested bad right off the bat so I bought a new one and asked if someone was able to put it in for me. In the midst of helping out other customers and a new employee, Andy brought the new battery out to my truck and some tools to replace my battery for me. He installed it and I asked him to check the new battery, alternator etc to make sure it wasn't anything else. All tested good and I thanked Andy for his customer service helping me with my battery in my time if need. Andy is a truly loyal customer oriented employee and I'm so beyond grateful for his help. Thank you so much, Andy and all your help. May God bless you in everything you do

Had to pick up some wiper blades here last night and the guy actually took the time to show me how to put them on since I had 0 brain cells left for the day. Really great workers here and definitely will stop back again for basics!
