10/10 would recommend Cappel's Complete Car Care. The customer service is great and the service techs know their stuff. Noah did a great job fixing the noise coming from my tire and is very thorough in his inspections. They are honest about what my car needs and when it should be done. Melissa would not sell something that I would not need. I will be coming back again in the future.

Took in my Camry for brakes and front struts. Melissa explained what was needed and gave me a written estimate. They provided me a loaner so I could get to work while my car was fixed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

On a road trip and noticed low tire pressure. Stopped in here and found out all my tires are low and one had a nail. They got us in right away at no cost and very friendly.

Great service, honest people. I was driving a rental to Missouri on August 9, 2024 to move my daughter into college. Got a flat, put on the spare and back tracked 15 miles to Rochelle, IL. Cappel’s was the first place I saw and I pulled in and explained my situation. Jim Cappel, his wife and the techs were awesome. They dropped what they were doing and got me in right away. The tire was not repairable, but they did not try to pressure me into a new tire (Or a whole new set as has been done in the past by other service centers). They offered up a used tire at a fraction of the cost of a new one and I was literally back on the road within an hour. Highly recommend! Thanks to them and their team, I was able to get to my daughter in time and be a part of a monumental weekend for her!
