Ordered online. Walk in told pizza is coming out. Literally watch the person throw it away. Start a new pizza after watching them cut the ham with a pizza cutter on the same board they cut cooked pizzas on. Then wipe down the counter with chemicals without clearing the counter of orders being made. Girl comes out to handle the register then goes back in to kitchen. Did not wash hands after handling money. Then our pizza comes out after another 20 minutes. We go to the register and had to wait another 10 minutes to even pay for the pizza. Service sucks, food safety is out the window, horribly understaffed, and no one at the register for most of the time. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Out of all the Casey's in Rochelle this one is the best. Food is Great, Bathroom's are clean, and the employees are all very nice.
There was a huge line, and you could tell the staff was not even struggling to keep up.
Nikki was on top of everything.

The kitchen staff is soooooo bad. Constantly being told my pizzas half done when it wasn't even started. Sat and waited five minutes to be told I had to wait another 10. This was all 20 mins after my pickup time. An absolute joke.

Casey’s has become the biggest dump of a convenience store chain. Stood in line for almost 10min while the trashy employees tried to figure out what was wrong with the register. Just to get turned away when they couldn’t remedy the issue. Store and restrooms were run-down and filthy. Pizza looked like it was hours old at 5:20pm. Save yourself the hassle and possible disease and go to the Kwik Star down the road.

This is not a pizza delivery... This is a gas station with pizza Offering inside. Fabulously clean bathroom bathroom with plenty of toilet paper... Multiple charging stations ready for people who have electric cars. Very Personable staff. All the gasoline pumps worked and the price was better than is better than anywhere else in the area when I went there the West 2 times.
