My review was a complaint at first, but they reached out to me and went above and beyond to make me happy. A case of ask and you shall receive. If there’s something you don’t like don't be afraid to reach out because they will do their best to help you. These folks are top-notch and would highly recommend.

I give 5 stars specifically to Personal Banker Barbara. I spoke to a different personal banker at first about the $700+ missing from acct as it was compromised. She did not have a pleasant attitude and I was told that I had to make certain calls where the $ was spent and that she would start paperwork when I could come in, otherwise she couldn’t do anything right now. I was away on vacation and was panicked. I then spoke with Barbara and she was more than helpful and sympathetic. I was informed that my acct was never flagged or closed or noted that I had even spoke to the other girl about the situation. Which is ridiculous. I came in the Monday asap to get everything figured out and Barbara had all the paperwork done and ready for me to sign. We went over all costs to make sure I would be getting every cent back. She even had already sent off for a new card and had informed whomever that the paperwork would be coming. I felt very taken care of and I so appreciate her going out of her way to get things moving sooner than later for me. I highly highly recommend coming to Barbara for your banking needs.

A few times the bank has put a freeze on my account without my knowledge. No alerts .....nothing ......on my way to work tonight trying to get food and gas and my card was declined. I had absolutely no idea my card had a hold on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Didn't get any kind of notification that they were blocking my account . Then have to wait til the next business day to even take care of this situation. Had to Google some kind of after hours number ( went through like 3 different ones to even talk to someone) Shazam the fraud ppl said there was nothing they could do ..that the bank put a hold on my account ????????????????????? Are you serious?????????? Thank God a friend at work loaned me gas money to get home. That same friend said this happened to her when she had 4 little kids trying to get groceries.....then had to wait all weekend in order to get a hold of anyone!!!!!!!!!!! No alert or warning ....just put a hold on her card. Now I appreciate the security .....but ........... Someone needs to tell us if this happens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!
So .... I've had my card frozen a few times .....where I had to get new cards ....
Life happens as well .....ive had this account for I think 7 or 8 years ....( Good customer)
Went in the other day had to get a new card and the lady at the desk gave me a lecture and said you will not get another card after this.treated me like a 10 yr old !!!!!!!!! I was offended and embarrassed.....half of the times I've had to get new cards is because of a fraud attempt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now that is my fault or issue????

This bank has a history of putting money in wrong accounts once putting 18k in the wrong account and changing where the direct deposit went. Collectively a pre k class would be better handing your money

Worst service! I wouldn't bank with this one if you are looking for a easy and nice bank to use. They make everything difficult for POC. Most stupid and unorganized bank I've ever used. The people in the drive through are very nice though so that's the only good thing.

I wish I had never used them for my home loan. Terribly disappointed by all the they have screwed up, and then lied about. Wouldn't recommend working with Lisa. Very disorganized.

The most basic features found in literally any other bank are absent or always under maintenance its unacceptable. Will be closing my account asap. Can't check balance and idk how many time their ATM is down.

A lot of people weren't/aren't happy about the buyout, and it is what it is. There were some initial hassles, such as the loss of mobile deposit, but that's back now. The technology still seems to be a step back, but the staff is very friendly, and I really don't have any problems usually.
