I read reviews and I am 200% agreed with all those who wrote negative review. There is no doubt about their bad service and rude administration. There services are extremely bad, system goes down very frequently and you call there service number that is also down, now you are God mercy. They want you to send email for problem, how can you send email while your internet is down, what a customer service. They are charging more than Comcast and Metronet in the area. They keep increasing bill amount due to etc.ete. It is better to chose some other company/provider in the area. God luck.

Does Not Actually Work internet. Customer service is awful, internet rarely works. Owner walks around office in beach attire and that's quite a sight. STAY AWAY.

Went back to Comcast. Service is terrible and if you choose not to use them they will block numbers from calling you if they are existing customers.

We are working on switching our service to DNA at Christian Connection, and we had the most helpful and knowledgeable guy Aron come to do our install. He was super friendly and really knew what he was doing. I highly recommend DNA and their remarkable technicians.
