Having some issues with fraud and they are STILL unresolved. This seems to be a trend as of late. Do not recommend this bank. Go somewhere else and keep your money safe.

First State Bank of Rochelle is disorganized and lacks good communication with its clients. There were several fraud cases where a large amount of money was taken from our account. We spoke with them several times and filled out paperwork in order to receive a refund. However, the fraud still continued even though they claimed to have blocked our cards. It took months to recieve any of our refund. However, we still havent recieved the full amount back. Now they are saying they cant refund us anything past 60 days. I do not recommend using First State Bank of Rochelle for your banking needs.
