“I cant say enough positive things about this store as well as the 3 employees who helped me. Kelly, Madison, and Trevor helped me with a serious security issue I had regarding my cell service which was the service I had before them. They helped me pick out the phone that would secure me the most and went above and beyond like no other cellular store ever. They spent time making sure I was set up properly and when I had one issue arise (not because of them) they worked extremely hard at helping me get the issue resolved. I'm beyond grateful and thankful to them. They were knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and just amazing!! I am a customer for life.”
“I have never had a bad experience with rmu. Office people are always helpful and knowledgeable. Don't know where people come from critical of their utility bill. You should move to a Commonwealth Edison community, that'd be a real education in electric rates.”
