“Went to Verizon to have them set me up with a new phone via insurance. When it didn't come when it was supposed to, Allen was very helpful in finding what the problem is and just so I didn't have to go several days without a phone, he let me use his spare phone. I just had to put my sim card in it. My experience with the customer service here the last couple years has been above and beyond. Thanks”
