I’ve never reviewed a gas station. But this one took the cake on UNCLEAN. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. When was the last time the garbage can by sinks was wiped down(cleaned)? I understand bathrooms will smell, however there is also odor absorbents that can be used.
There was 3 cashiers “working” behind the counter. So staffing doesn’t appear to be an issue. The place could definitely implement a better cleaning schedule.
I wouldn’t allow my family to buy anything from the store since the bathrooms were so gross.

Road Ranger in Rochelle, IL, has been my go-to gas station for years. I like their gas quality, and the prices are fair, especially with the cash discount. The store is usually well-stocked and clean, offering coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, snacks, and other essentials. It’s a convenient, reliable stop whether I’m just fueling up or grabbing something on the go.

Not sure where the attendant was, but after standing at the register for about 10 minutes and ringing the service bell multiple times, I left. I'm not a thief, but it wouldn't have been overly difficult for someone to walk out with a lot of free goodies. Looked out the doors to the gas side and the truck side to see if maybe they were out there changing garbages or something, but didnt see them out there either.

No windshield wiper fluid, no squeegee, no paper towels, and overflowing garbage. This is the third Road Ranger I've been to in the last month and they have all been like this.

It's a nice little truck, stop there's always parking. But all they have is a subway, and they charge $15 for a shower, and they don't give you any soap. Most places that just supply the shower. With no soap, are less than $10. They have to either stop charging so much or deliver what they're selling.

The cashiers are very nice, but there's no way I'm paying over $10 for a double cheeseburger, I told her to put it back I refused to pay that much.

The shower was fantastic, nice and hot. The operating space outside of the shower was tight. The seat provided was short and small. Food options were basic. The muffins, which are my favorite parts, were day of expiration. I would still choose this location over other choices in the area.

Just bought gas at the pump. Everything outside seemed clean enough. Didn't go inside, even though apparently they really want you to. I said I didn't want a receipt printed at the pump. As most normal people would assume, that means you don't want a receipt. Nope. At the end, it displayed a message to go inside to pick up my receipt. Nice try, but not gonna happen.
