Sick and tired of power outages. I live on Irene and my power has gone out 5 times in the last 2 days for up to 4 hours. Probably 8 to 10 times in the last week. I've lost count.

I have never had a bad experience with rmu. Office people are always helpful and knowledgeable. Don't know where people come from critical of their utility bill. You should move to a Commonwealth Edison community, that'd be a real education in electric rates.

We have been with them for about a year and a half. Our bills have always been accurate. The ladies in the office are extremely pleasant and professional. We pay our bill in person every month and have never had a bad experience. I would give the ladies 10 stars if I could.

Definitely nice people to talk to but I had an issue with my water and it has been leaking. Which made our bill 1000/dollars. But there were no help and told me I still had to pay that even though my pipe broke, my carpet is soak, and not to mention that no one was at our house for that whole month of august. Reason is we are moving out. Literally taking free money from me.

Terrible customer service and billing. Twice now in the last year I haven't even received my bill, it just does not exist on the payment website at all. But don't worry there is a dollar amount they want paid. What I'm paying for? Who knows? Even when I get my bill I can't read hardly anything on it because it is no longer in the correct units for power usage... for a year now as well. I'm just not going to pay the nonexistent bill. I mean it doesn't have a due date, how could it?

Got double charged for November. They gave me credit for next bill. Terrible person in the office I have to deal with when I pay.
