We have been using Rochelle Pharmacy for 20+ years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Rupesh and his staff have always treated us like family, from reminding us when our refills are due (not the other way around), to using our first names - they even know our kids names, tho they have lived outside of Rochelle for several years. If there's a problem with the insurance, I guarantee you they will get to the bottom of it, without you having to make a single phone call. The team at Rochelle Pharmacy are knowledgeable, friendly and fast! Top notch service!!

Staff should have better communication and not tell somebody they can get something ready in 10 or 15 minutes and then somebody else calls for the same medicine and these are told that they’re closing or that they order medicine a day before pick up and they told it’s ready and you get here and it’s not so apparently they need to update their systems

I live in Oregon and I needed the Moderna booster. I called several clinics in Ogle County and Rochelle Pharmacy was the only one that had it available. The employees there were very helpful and accommodating. The pharmacist also said they have many Moderna boosters available for others who need it.
