Took my cat in for upper respiratory infection. X-ray and bloodwork were performed. After finding multiple abnormal findings we were told our options were putting the animal down or going to the animal hospital which was quoted at 7000 dollars. After visiting the animal hospital it was found all testing that was done "X-ray and blood work" was faulty and incorrect. THE CAT WAS IN PERFECT HEALTH! PLEASE INSURE YOU HAVE WORKING EQUIPMENT.. IT NEARLY COST ME MY BEST FRIEND AND 550 FOR A VISIT WITH COMPLETELY INCORRECT INFORMATION. Not to mention the total of 3000 dollars. What if I had been on a fixed income and put down a PERFECTLY HEALTHY ANIMAL. Unacceptable, im not sure if I'm able to trust your office again after multiple good experiences.

I was in with my dog Sadie 2 weeks ago. She had stopped eating and even though she still had her great personality and wouldn’t let us know anything was wrong, she was drastically dropping weight very quickly. Dr. Deets was so caring and patient with me. After bloodwork came back not so great, she talked options with me and then she prescribed something to hopefully help ease Sadie’s stomach discomfort. It took a few days but she finally started to eat again. She doesn’t have her previous appetite where she would eat all her food and all the other dogs’ as well, but she is eating again. I know we probably still don’t have much time left with her but thank you for giving us this extra time we do have.

They took care of my dog Ariel today and I felt like she was the most important thing going on and they gave her the greatest care and attention, what a great team.

My beloved Rizzo (American Staffordshire) died from Merial 3 year rabies vaccination lot # 18473 administered by this vet. He was only 4 years old. 24 hours after the vaccination, he went into a strange push-up position when trying to pee. I immediately called the vet, and she sold me gabapentin and galliprant pain and nerve pills. Next, 48 hours since the vaccination, his hind legs were completely paralyzed. The vet didn't know why, couldn't find anything wrong, and referred me to an ER. Following, we went to multiple other vets and emergency centers to try to understand why. It wasn't until an MRI was administered that we found the virus on his spine, and everything below it paralyzed. It came from the vaccine they administered. He was unable to be saved even with surgery. I highly recommend avoiding this place. They are not trained in dealing with the things they administer.

We have been bringing our Olde English Bulldogges to Dr M for years and she is fabulous with them!! Not all vets know the difference between EB and OEB, I can say Dr M definitely does ♡ the staff is so loving and caring!
