My go to Verizon store, with friendly staff and well stocked phones, tablets, and accessories.

I was in and out when getting my phone. If you have to transfer though, you should just leave your phone and run errands.

Didn't have the best experience with Verizon in general, but Tavis at the Rochelle location was very nice, professional and helpful. After a very frustrating day, we appreciated his customer service. 3 stars for Verizon, 5 stars for Tavis ?
