I was in and out when getting my phone. If you have to transfer though, you should just leave your phone and run errands.

Store is badly managed. Basic products not in stock. Opened late and an unhelpful employee. Won't go back there again.

Didn't have the best experience with Verizon in general, but Tavis at the Rochelle location was very nice, professional and helpful. After a very frustrating day, we appreciated his customer service. 3 stars for Verizon, 5 stars for Tavis ?

I use to work here and I was a damn good employee not to toot my own horn but I knew my job all the ins and outs. I was great with customer service and always helped my customers with literally EVERYTHING. It’s pretty sad when you haven’t worked for the company for well over a year but yet your customers still reach out to you via FB to help them cuz the new staff don’t know there job or how to have proper customer service along with a lack of personality. If you’re going to work retail do it right or don’t do it at all. Russell definitely lost a great employee right here! ??♀️ nope I can’t sell phones cuz I don’t work there but I’m still helping your customers. I would appreciate a BIG THANK YOU! But we all know that won’t happen. Train your current staff how to do there job!

Went to Verizon to have them set me up with a new phone via insurance. When it didn't come when it was supposed to, Allen was very helpful in finding what the problem is and just so I didn't have to go several days without a phone, he let me use his spare phone. I just had to put my sim card in it. My experience with the customer service here the last couple years has been above and beyond. Thanks

I drive a truck and run a podcast from my truck. My data plan from Ultra Mobile was not enough. I went to Verizon to see what kind of plans they have. Kelly found me a real unlimited plan and a new phone. She treated my screen to be scratch proof and swapped my data so my upgrade would be seamless. Kelly was very nice and professional, highly recommended.
