New to area. Prescriptions not ready both times I had them sent here. Dissatisfied with their customer service in the pharmacy as well. I will take my prescriptions to another pharmacy in the future.

What an absolute nightmare when it comes to get your prescription filled. Every time I call about my prescription status I’m told it’ll be ready a little later on today. Then get a notification that it’s delayed. Just got off the phone prescription was supposed to be ready last night was told it’s on order for tomorrow. When I asked why I was told it was be ready yesterday when it’s not even there, the response was they probably just didn’t know what they were talking about.

Nicole is great. Beginning this past Friday she spent time trying to help me with a back-ordered med, suggesting that I call back today to see if it was inbound.
Calling today, and after being on hold for 21 minutes I spoke with Amy who was the polar opposite of Nicole. Amy advised me to call the manufacturer to find out what the problem is. I suggested that was impractical. She then told me to locate the med myself, and get my doctor to call in a new Rx. She was condescending and dismissive.
I understand there can be problems. I don't have the resources to address them, but Walgreens should have multiple resources. No manager on duty. No helpful info.
Again, kudos to Nicole. Wish I could have spoken with her again today
