Service has begun to fall apart a bit, a lot of management either hasn't supported their employees or run their hardest workers ragged from crucial roles. Clientele has historically also been pretty bad, but when you don't have another choice then you really only have Walmart. Really though they could improve how they treat their employees.

I went in to purchase 4 box fans 7 5 2025. I searched the app to find the location but it didn't reflect it. A very nice lady who worked by the women's fitting rooms, was nice enough to help me. She gave me directions to K2. She was busy in her dept but still took the time to help me. This was around 9am. Thank you so very much.

Refused to accept a return, even with the original receipt, for an item that was sold with missing parts. The “team lead” then asked for a second opinion on whether to open a separate, clearly unopened item to check if all the parts were there. It’s obvious they’re not training their employees on their own return policies… or maybe she acted exactly how Walmart wants her to: refuse returns, even if it means making up reasons.

This Walmart is frequently out of stock on multiple items. It's conveniently located close to my job but I find I have to go to the next location 20 miles away to get everything I need. Never enough lanes open during peak hours of 3pm-6pm.

It's ok at this location, however they don't have the product your looking for, which is too often. I have to make 2 trips to different walmarts, or drive 20 miles farther to get what I want. I have cut way back at Walmart and go to Sullivan's more now.
