So yesterday morning I went to Bollman motors to get my oil changed right after I got my oil changed. I had to like go to work. I come home from work. I parked the car in the garage and I was like oh and I went to go move the car and realize that there is a big pile of oil in my garage so I’ll leave it alone. They were of course closed by the time I was able to call them because I also was on a Zoom visit when I noticed that.
So I called them this morning after dropping the kids off. They made me speak to John and John said oh yeah go ahead and bring it in this morning and I said I can but somebody needs to give me a ride back to my house so I can get in my van so I can go back to work because I have to go to work John’s response to me as well. I don’t have a driver to make that happen. Just come in whenever and I said that’s fine. I can bring it in this afternoon cause I’ll have free time this afternoon. He goes out all my bays will be locked up so I won’t be able to look for them. Maybe sometime next week I can try to fit you in
Then my mom went to go leave and Chloe pointed out that my whole entire floor from the front of my car all the way to the back of my car is all oil and it’s coming out from underneath my car. So my car went to drivable to not drivable and no oil in my car.
Called 10/11/2025 to talk to the owner. He told me that they looked at the camera there was no oil leak. He said he would come tow the car. I told him what John said and he said yeah that would have been bad. I told him I would drop off the key later. He said well I can’t do anything without a key. So he left my car in my garage to leak more oil on my floor. I dropped my key off to him at 5:00pm
10/13/2025 John called and said they were towing my car. My car got towed at 9;30am. John did not call me until 1:30pm about my car. Said they have been busy with other customers and appointments. He said that they have a new guy working and he forgot to tighten the plug. He said he gave him a strong talking to. I asked what he was going to do to fix the pile of oil in my garage floor. He said and I quote take down your google review and I will give you whatever you need to clean it up. I asked if I don’t. He said you are in your own. Went in at 3:30pm to get my car. The owner was sitting at his desk and looked straight at me and said nothing.
It took $55 to dry up the oil. Since it sat in my garage for 5 days it had set in. So had to buy a scrubber for $20 and $36 in chemicals to pick it up. Which there is still a stain. Then $46 for the oil change they messed up and didn’t give me a refund for.

Ryan was absolutely awesome! He helped us trade in our car for a new car and worked with us even outside of his working hours. You can tell he certainly loves what he does. Definitely deserves more than just 5 stars!!!

Very nice staff. Salesman was really cool. Did alot to help get me my truck I wanted. Filled up tank before I got it and sent me a 100$ gift card towards accessories for my truck. Definitely recommend this place to get a vehicle. They really know how to make a customer feel appreciated for their buisness.

I called the shop as I was pulled off the interstate nearby due to a shield on the bottom of my car falling loose and dragging to inquire if they would be able to take a look at it. They said absolutely and when I arrived there were 3 of their employees waiting in the parking lot as I pulled in. They quickly jacked my car up and discovered the issue and had me back on my way within minutes. Great customer service and appreciate them accommodating me on such short notice. Car troubles are never fun, especially when traveling alone but these employees made a stressful situation not as bad. Can’t thank them enough!

The service at Bollman Auto Center is unmatched. I normally have my husband deal with anything related to our vehicles because I didn't like the way most places have treated me in the past. Everyone at Bollman, from the owner to the guy at the service desk to the guys working on your vehicle, is so genuinely nice and helpful. Since coming to Bollman, I have no problem calling for a price quote, scheduling an appointment, bringing in our vehicles for service, etc. Bollman takes excellent care of our vehicles at a fair price, and we won't be going anywhere else.
