Came through to get breakfast before work, 8am, and the cases were completely bare, no sandwiches, burritos, not even pizza. Said I was disappointed to the cashier and she mentioned they had a bunch of pizzas to get out this morning, but I don't really care about that because that's not me, good for whoever, yet I guess myself and everyone else who stopped on their way to work has to suck it up because somebody had to get a couple pizzas out this morning?
Did anyone think to staff to help him or are we supposed to get the short end of the stick because corporate/management sucks?

I came in around 8:00 am taking my son to school right around the corner and there was about 5 donuts to choose from absolutely ridiculous also the lady in the kitchen had no hairnet or hat on and the food in the warmers looked bare.

I came in this morning around 8:45am. There was an older woman with short hair yelling at a man about who left what out the shift before. They continued to yell back and forth out on the floor instead of going somewhere private. Very unprofessional and rude to customers and the worker that was getting yelled at.

A man stopped me as I was walking in the door, and I replied to him trying not to be rude. The older lady at the register proceeds to yell at me rudely to “quit letting the air conditioning out” after I walked in. I turned around and left because of that. Why should a paying costumer be yelled at for opening the door to come inside? I won’t waste my money where there are unhappy rude employees.

Rockfalls rt.30 is ridiculous.. they will not answer there calls.. they pick up the phone and sit it down.. we have called 30 times in a row and they pick up then hang up... tried with 3 other phones also... whom ever is doing it NEEDS FIRED!!!

Would have been better if the blue haired employee wasn't standing chatting with their girlfriend about dying their hair and styling their hair while the other employee had a line of five people she was trying to get through the register.Donuts are sub par at best, they need a lot more icing to be worth buying, I'm not paying for fried donut dough.

I'd give this place more than 3 stars. But seems as though everytime they run a a reward its not available. Example when it says buy one monster get a free monster sunrise. They will leave the monster sunrise out of stock until the deal is over. Third time this has happened. Has got to be on purpose. Doesn't matter how early you get there for the deal it will be out of stock for the time being.

All good except for this super ambitious old fish eyed broad on the night shift. One of them that needs to feel important because the rest of her life has clearly gone the wrong way for her. I hate those unnecessary exchanges these type of people force one to engage in just so they can exercise the little bit of "authority" they feel they have been given. Just remember that if you treat enough consistent customers poorly, you end up without a place to work.

Was a great store before this new store manager. And the one guy manager that actual did things is no longer there? Seems like they replaced the best with the worst. 1st Ave is my to go to store now.
